On May 22 (from 6:30 pm), we invite you to a very special event: Ziereisen asparagus, transformed into a 5-course menu by Brian Wawryk with wine pairings by Hans Peter Ziereisen.

Clock Workshop

We are offering a 2-day workshop with the BORGWARD time manufactory from Efringen-Kirchen.
Arrival is on Friday, May 29, 2026, at your leisure between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. at the Traube Blansingen. From 7:00 p.m. onwards, we will have a get-together over a relaxed snack and fine wines.
The first part of the workshop, on Saturday, May 30, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., will take place in Efringen-Kirchen and will involve disassembling the clock into its individual parts.
Afterwards, dinner will be served at the Traube Blansingen, featuring a six-course culinary journey and accompanying wine tasting.
On Sunday, May 31, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, the second part of the workshop will take place in Efringen-Kirchen, where participants will complete their own clocks.
Two nights’ accommodation at the Traube Blansingen hotel are included in the package price of € 2000 per person.

Sundowner in the Vineyard
We’ll meet at 6:30 p.m. in the vineyard for a rustic evening with a light meal and grilled sausages, accompanied by a tasting from the Greiner winery in Obereggern. Afterwards, we’ll enjoy the rest of the evening together.
