The forest is calling—and we are answering. Join us for a two-hour hike as we immerse ourselves in the world of mushrooms: the forest’s earthy scent, the soft rustling beneath the trees, and the hidden treasures nestled among moss and roots. With a keen eye and a warm, welcoming manner, Daniela will guide you through the diversity of local mushroom species and share the stories behind them.
Back in Egerten, a culinary 4-course menu awaits, accompanied by perfectly paired wines—all inspired by the bounty the forest has gifted us that evening.

Wild for Dirk
Last year was fantastic – that’s why we’re going into the second round. Dirk is a hunter and winemaker by conviction: He knows the game he shoots and the wine that goes with it – because both come from the region and from his Brenneisen winery. A night like no other
What would a year be without a graduation that truly celebrates it? An enjoyable, lively end – for everyone who wants to enjoy the transition into the new year to the fullest. We get in the mood for the evening together with an aperitif in our lounge, before a 7-course menu with a matching wine tasting sets the scene for a night that will be remembered. At midnight we toast the New Year with champagne. All other drinks are of course included.
