We’ll meet at 2:30 p.m. and embark on a 2.5-hour hike through the orchards. Along the way, we’ll not only learn a lot but also stop at three stations where we can taste cider, each paired with a complementary dish.

Clock Workshop

We are offering a 2-day workshop with the BORGWARD time manufactory from Efringen-Kirchen.
Arrival is on Friday, May 29, 2026, at your leisure between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. at the Traube Blansingen. From 7:00 p.m. onwards, we will have a get-together over a relaxed snack and fine wines.
The first part of the workshop, on Saturday, May 30, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., will take place in Efringen-Kirchen and will involve disassembling the clock into its individual parts.
Afterwards, dinner will be served at the Traube Blansingen, featuring a six-course culinary journey and accompanying wine tasting.
On Sunday, May 31, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, the second part of the workshop will take place in Efringen-Kirchen, where participants will complete their own clocks.
Two nights’ accommodation at the Traube Blansingen hotel are included in the package price of € 2000 per person.
