We hike through the woods
We meet at the Egerten Inn at 4:00 PM and explore the forest and meadows together in search of mushrooms and edible herbs, which we can then use in a delicious 4-course meal (ending around 8:00 PM).

Fermentation Cooking Class
You’ve heard or eaten it many times – but how does fermentation actually work? October 19 from 4PM, you’ll learn everything you’ve always wanted to know about fermentation in a two-hour cooking class. Afterwards, we’ll serve a four-course meal with accompanying drinks. Watch Seminar

We offer a two-day workshop with the BORGWARD timepiece manufacturer from Efringen-Kirchen.
On the first day, arrive at your convenience between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM at the Traube Blansingen. Starting at 7:00 PM, we’ll get to know each other over a cozy snack and fine wines.
The first part of the workshop will take place on the second day from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM in Efringen-Kirchen and will involve dismantling the watch into its individual parts.
Dinner will follow at the Traube Blansingen with a six-course culinary journey and a corresponding wine tasting.
On the third day, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., the second part of the workshop will feature the completion of your own watch in Efringen-Kirchen.
Two nights at the Traube Blansingen are included in the package price of € 2.000 per person.

New Year’s Eve Celebration
The night of nights is duly celebrated here with a 7-course menu, accompanied by special wines from the large bottles. An overnight stay makes the experience complete! Aperitif, menu and accompanying drinks, water, coffee, and champagne at midnight.
